To ensure your request is correctly processed, please register your technical support enquiries through the issue tracker located in the "MyStormshield" customer area at mystormshield.eu. You will find the relevant section under Technical support / Manage cases / Follow up on a case.

This tool is the entry point for reporting and tracking issues raised with the STORMSHIELD TAC. An RMA that has already been authorized will be tracked by e-mail in your MyStormshield customer area at https://mystormshield.eu/ under "Exchange/Track an exchange".
