Our corporate commitments

Our recruitment process is based on two principles: responsiveness and collaboration. In a competitive and buoyant environment, time is precious. And in order to move forward as quickly as possible, recruitment is divided between our management and employee teams and our Human Resources teams.

First of all, after applying, you’ll meet the team and the manager, and take tests. You will then take part in a more in-depth interview with Human Resources. Lastly, you’ll quickly receive a proposal tailored to your background and skills. It’s simple, fast and efficient.

Education relationships: a close link with the student world

Whether welcoming students (trainees, work-study programmes, participation in company projects) or getting involved in training, with Stormshield speakers and products on the school syllabus, we maintain a close relationship with the student world. To take this approach still further, we have created a partnership programme with schools and universities: welcome to the Stormshield Academy programme.
