The Head of Product Management Julien, is looking for a Product Manager specialized in cybersecurity administration consoles.
Required:
- Experience with one or more IT administration products, ideally in cybersecurity;
- Knowledge of challenges specific to a SaaS product;
- Understanding of the needs of integrator partners and MSSPs;
- Good listening skills and ability to analyse customer needs and internal feedback;
- Strong communicator;
- Ability to decide and to challenge ideas and assumptions.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of computer networks (firewalls, VPN, SD‑WAN, architectures).
✏️What is the job description for the Product Manager?
Product Managers are responsible for defining product strategy as well as development roadmaps, in collaboration with marketing, sales and technical teams.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Gather market needs: market studies, competitive analyses, interviews and analysis of customer and partner feedback;
- Define roadmaps and refine functional specifications with the Product Owner and internal teams;
- Track development progress together with the Product Owner;
- Monitor the release to market of new versions;
- Manage OEM partnerships;
- Monitor KPIs.
