What's new in v5.0?
SNS v5.0 brings new features to SNS firewalls, such as enhanced identity and access management, post-quantum encryption for your communications, a more powerful SSL VPN for your staff's activities, and enhanced security for your infrastructures thanks to our Rest API.
What's new in v5.1?
SNS v5.1 brings further improvements to the user experience of SNS firewalls: universal interconnection via VTIs, bespoke cyber protection through customised IoCs, an extension of unified identity management, and native, agentless multi-factor authentication (MFA) for IPsec VPNs.
How do I update the SNS firmware?
Before updating your Stormshield Network Security firewall to v5, we recommend that you back up its current configuration. Then, from the firewall administration web interface, go to Configuration > System > Maintenance, System update tab . Visit the Technical Documentation site for more details on handling.
How do I find the v4.x version?
Previous versions of Stormshield Network Security firewalls are still accessible. On the Technical Documentation site, you can find previous versions of SNS v4, with new features, resolved vulnerabilities and patches.
