️⭐Who we are looking for?

As an IT Recruiter at Stormshield, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring future candidates using various recruitment techniques such as sourcing on LinkedIn and other online platforms. You will work as part of a team and will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, including writing job adverts, interviewing candidates and presenting qualified profiles to hiring managers.

If you have experience in IT and are familiar with the associated technical environments, you are the right person. You should also be used to searching for a variety of profiles across different sectors (IT, sales, marketing, etc.) and, because we are looking for rare profiles, you must be accustomed to sourcing on a daily basis.

A professional level of English is required, as you will be recruiting internationally.

✏️ What is the job description for the IT Recruiter?

You will work closely with all members of the HR team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying the technical skills and soft skills required together with operational teams in order to meet those needs;
  • Supporting managers in their recruitment processes;
  • Sourcing on a daily basis to find candidates;
  • Processing incoming applications;
  • Pre-qualifying candidates to understand their profiles and professional expectations;
  • Guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process;
  • Writing job descriptions;
  • Working with the recruitment team to develop the best strategy to optimise hiring;
  • Being an active member of the HR team and participating in the team’s various projects.

You will be integrated into the HR team managed by Sylvie, Stormshield’s Human Resources Director. The team currently comprises seven people spread across our Lyon and Lille sites. The recruitment team consists of Alaix and William. Our daily work is guided by our presence in the field and our responsiveness to all employees.

  1. An initial call with Alaix, the recruitment officer, to discuss your experience and expectations for this role.
  2. An interview with William. This meeting will explain in more detail how the team operates and the vision for the role.
  3. An HR interview with Sylvie to meet your future manager.
