Level 1 support is open to all of our end clients and partners, whereas Level 2 support is reserved for our certified partners and customers.

Our technical support collaborates closely with our R&D teams in order to respond to any security problems and/or difficulties you may come up against while using our solutions. This combined approach puts all of our expertise at your disposal.

Local support is also available to you internationally via our partners’ teams in over 40 countries and Stormshield’s local teams.
