Within the TAC team, Houari is looking for a Software Support Technician. Your role will be to assist our clients in using the applications made available to them.
✏️What is the job description for the Software Support Technician?
- Managing assistance tickets and client requests;
- Analyzing technical and functional problems to resolve them;
- Qualifying client requests and problems;
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and evolution of our products and making recommendations;
- Collaborating with the Quality and R&D teams to resolve problems and take into account client feedback in product development;
- Writing procedures and updating the internal knowledge base.
