️⭐Who we are looking for?
You have a good knowledge of UNIX and GNU/Linux systems and can communicate in English? Then you're in the right place. We are looking for someone with strong expertise in TCP/IP networks and knowledge of IP routing, VLANs (802.1Q), and NAT.
As the manager of the TAC team, Rémy is recruiting a network and security expert to handle incidents involving the network, system, and security aspects of our products and the infrastructures in which they are integrated, both in French and English.
✏️ What is the job description for the network and security expert?
- Identification of malfunctions through log studies and capture/analysis of network flows.
- Implementation of corrective measures.
- Reproduction of cases in physical or virtualized environments.
- Interface with our R&D department to escalate persistent issues and propose corrections or improvements.
- Documentation: updating the Knowledge Base and writing technical notes.
- Technical presentations during partner meetings.
⚙️ What is the technical environment?
- Protocols: HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DHCP, LDAP...
- Scripting: Bash, Shell.
- Virtualization: VMware, HyperV, Citrix Xen.
- IT Security: Firewall, IDS, IPS, VPN, PKI, SSH, authentication...
