️⭐ Who we are looking for?

Team manager, Sophie is looking for an Inside Sales - Renew to take care of maintenance renewal activity and provide daily support to field sales teams, both in France and in other countries where Stormshield operates.

As an Inside Sales - Renew, you will be an essential interface for the smooth operation of Stormshield's commercial activity. You will be in direct contact with our partners, resellers and customers as well as with our internal teams.

The Inside Sales role involves optimizing revenue by ensuring customer addressing through the distribution network. It actively contributes to achieving the company's objectives and retaining customers.

Your role will involve managing maintenance contracts from relaunch to order taking in accordance with Stormshield's commercial policy. This requires good organization, an understanding of customer issues and the ability to work as a team with different parties in a good mood!

✏️ What is the job description for the Inside Sales?

As an Inside Sales:

  • Coordinate actions with other commercial teams in France and internationally;
  • Help consolidate renewal bases / inventory of licenses with customers;
  • Maximize maintenance renewal rates;
  • Maximize revenue by offering all upgrade / cross-selling options in coordination with other teams;
  • Work in coordination with distribution channel players to ensure customer loyalty, anticipate renewals and limit "churn";
  • Maintain a reliable forecast and update the CRM.
