Mais les changements de mentalit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s en poste comme des futurs collaborateurs, acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9s par le contexte sanitaire r\u00e9cent, rebattent compl\u00e8tement les cartes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Connexion et reconnexion des RH<\/h2>\n<p>Dans un contexte de recrutements difficiles, les RH doivent plus que jamais r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un enjeu de proximit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9activit\u00e9 vis-\u00e0-vis des collaborateurs et candidats, en se concentrant sur des missions \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e, dans un souci d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 business.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9quipes RH, pourtant submerg\u00e9es de t\u00e2ches administratives qui monopolisent une grande partie de leur activit\u00e9, doivent tenir un \u00e9quilibre savant entre business, process et relations humaines. Certaines des missions qui en d\u00e9coulent sont au c\u0153ur de la proposition de valeur des entreprises vis-\u00e0-vis de leurs forces vives d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui et de demain. On peut citer la cr\u00e9ation et l\u2019animation d\u2019une image de marque employeur, la mise en place d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience collaborateur attractive et distinctive, ou encore la connexion au terrain \u00e0 travers l\u2019\u00e9change et le dialogue, pour \u00eatre au plus proche des enjeux r\u00e9els des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Pour arriver \u00e0 cet objectif, les outils num\u00e9riques sont devenus incontournables. Aucune entreprise n\u2019a int\u00e9r\u00eat aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 perdre du temps sur la r\u00e9daction des contrats, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement des fiches de paie ou encore la distribution des titres-restaurant. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019exemples de t\u00e2ches indispensables mais pouvant \u00eatre compl\u00e8tement automatis\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce aux nombreuses solutions SIRH disponibles sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Un temps pr\u00e9cieux sera ainsi d\u00e9gag\u00e9 pour permettre aux \u00e9quipes de se concentrer sur l\u2019essentiel : l\u2019Humain. D\u2019autant que les collaborateurs ne veulent plus \u00eatre trait\u00e9s comme des salari\u00e9s lambda, mais bien comme des individus \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019Humanit\u00e9 : l\u2019atout ma\u00eetre dans l'exp\u00e9rience collaborateur<\/h2>\n<p>La d\u00e9mocratisation du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et la cr\u00e9ation de nouvelles habitudes, entre activit\u00e9 professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e, auront radicalement fait \u00e9voluer la fa\u00e7on dont les collaborateurs entendent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s en entreprise. Cons\u00e9quence directe : le rapport de force historique entre employeur et employ\u00e9 tend \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9quilibrer, particuli\u00e8rement pour certains m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n<p>Il serait illusoire de penser qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui la promesse d\u2019un bon salaire suffit \u00e0 attirer. La politique salariale repr\u00e9sente \u00e9videmment toujours un enjeu important. Cependant, d\u2019autres crit\u00e8res le sont maintenant tout autant : cadre de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, latitude organisationnelle, reconnaissance, liens humains, rapports manag\u00e9riaux, pression limit\u00e9e\u2026 La qualit\u00e9 des conditions de travail et le respect des individualit\u00e9s sont de plus en plus appel\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s par une entreprise souhaitant maintenir son attractivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Mais une entreprise reste un ensemble social qui a besoin de se coordonner et de se synchroniser pour fonctionner de concert et atteindre ses objectifs. Alors comment cr\u00e9er l\u2019\u00e9mulation et favoriser le collectif ? Jour de pr\u00e9sentiel exceptionnel pour participer \u00e0 un s\u00e9minaire ou un team-building, d\u00e9jeuners d\u2019\u00e9quipes \u00e0 l\u2019initiative des managers\u2026 Aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019obligation rebute.<\/p>\n<p>Le collectif viendra du fait qu\u2019on ne l\u2019impose plus mais qu\u2019il s\u2019imposera de lui-m\u00eame par envie ou besoin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Un besoin d\u2019agilit\u00e9 de toutes les parties prenantes<\/h2>\n<p>Face \u00e0 ces changements d\u2019envergure dans la fa\u00e7on dont les salari\u00e9s se projettent dans les entreprises, ces derni\u00e8res doivent n\u00e9cessairement se montrer agiles. Il faut interroger la voix des collaborateurs pour adapter les dispositifs, faire \u00e9voluer les outils, les fonctionnement et\u2026 l\u00e2cher prise.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, \u00e0 partir d\u2019un certain seuil critique, le mirage de la co-construction pragmatique s\u2019\u00e9loigne tout seul. En effet, la croissance des effectifs va de pair avec celle des obligations administratives et du carcan juridique. Le poids des normes et r\u00e9glementations d\u00e9clenche la mise en place de process et d'obligations \u00e0 assumer c\u00f4t\u00e9 employeur et employ\u00e9. Ce contexte lourd, inadapt\u00e9 parfois, est souvent incompr\u00e9hensible pour les collaborateurs et l\u2019entreprise g\u00e9n\u00e8re des crispations.<\/p>\n<p>Le fonctionnement de l\u2019entreprise et le cadre juridique contraignant ne doivent en revanche pas \u00eatre les seuls \u00e0 montrer une n\u00e9cessaire \u00e9volution. Dans cette relation d\u2019\u00e9quilibre, les collaborateurs eux aussi doivent faire preuve de flexibilit\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux collectifs. Il leur faut accepter de fournir, quand c\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire, des efforts pour permettre le bon fonctionnement de l\u2019entreprise.
