Mais ce sont aussi les politiques d\u2019emploi et le droit social qui doivent d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent \u00e9voluer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Vers une individualisation des relations et des modes de travail<\/h2>\n<p>C\u2019\u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 un serpent de mer depuis quelques ann\u00e9es : avec la crise sanitaire, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail occupe un espace m\u00e9diatique aussi important que les enjeux qu\u2019il pose aux organisations. Mais c\u2019est oublier un peu vite toute une frange de salari\u00e9s qui ne souhaitent pas t\u00e9l\u00e9travailler ou t\u00e9l\u00e9travailler plus, ou qui ne peuvent pas : dans un commerce, en logistique ou encore sur une cha\u00eene de production industrielle. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, <strong>l\u2019enjeu pour les organisations aujourd\u2019hui n\u2019est pas tant le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail en soi que l\u2019individualisation des modes et des relations de travail<\/strong> : car si le lien au lieu de travail \u00e9volue, c\u2019est aussi le cas du lien juridique au travail, du lien temporel au travail et du lien \u00e0 la hi\u00e9rarchie. D\u00e9sormais, d\u00e9crocher le sacro-saint CDI n\u2019est plus forc\u00e9ment une priorit\u00e9, tandis que disposer d\u2019une certaine libert\u00e9 d\u2019organisation entre sa vie priv\u00e9e et professionnelle passe parfois avant la question du niveau de salaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Face \u00e0 cette tendance de fond, comment, pour les entreprises, faire perdurer le sens du collectif ?<\/strong> Comment concilier ces deux injonctions qui peuvent sembler contradictoires ? En termes d\u2019organisation du travail bien s\u00fbr, mais aussi de management, qui doit accentuer sa dimension de <em>take care<\/em> ou \"prendre soin de\" pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins relationnels exprim\u00e9s, en m\u00eame temps que celui d\u2019individualisation des conditions de travail. Ou comment devoir m\u00e9nager \u00e0 la fois la ch\u00e8vre et le chou, et d\u2019autant plus sur les (nombreux) m\u00e9tiers en tension ?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9tiers p\u00e9nuriques\u00a0: s\u2019adapter aujourd\u2019hui, mais surtout pr\u00e9voir demain<\/h2>\n<p>Avec la reprise \u00e9conomique, nombreux sont les m\u00e9tiers en p\u00e9nurie de main d\u2019\u0153uvre. Pas seulement par manque de comp\u00e9tences sur le march\u00e9, mais \u00e9galement du fait d\u2019un bouleversement profond des jeux de l\u2019offre et de la demande. Dans les faits, certains salari\u00e9s (d\u00e9j\u00e0 en poste) ont purement et simplement pris des nouvelles habitudes pendant la crise sanitaire et refusent de revenir \u00e0 temps complet au bureau ou refusent de revenir dans le monde d\u2019avant. Beaucoup de candidats \u00e9loign\u00e9s g\u00e9ographiquement ont les m\u00eames exigences ou encore pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent travailler en mode freelance. Au quotidien, les \u00e9quipes manag\u00e9riales doivent donc s\u2019adapter, \u00e9largir leur socle de candidats potentiels et les accompagner, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, vers une mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences sur les m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019entreprise. Un investissement certain, mais qui assure aussi l\u2019ad\u00e9quation entre les candidats et les qualifications recherch\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9action \u00e0 chaud ne doit toutefois pas \u00e9luder un travail de plus long terme de la part des entreprises, pour attirer les futurs talents dans leurs secteurs\u00a0: \u00e0 ce titre, un rapprochement de l\u2019entreprise avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stormshield.com\/fr\/actus\/et-si-la-cybersecurite-enseigner-ecole\/#:~:text=%C2%AB%20Les%20enfants%20doivent%20%C3%AAtre%20%C3%A9duqu%C3%A9s,r%C3%B4le%20%C2%BB%2C%20souligne%20Xavier%20Prost.\">les \u00e9coles primaires<\/a>, les coll\u00e8ges, et plus globalement avec l\u2019\u00c9ducation Nationale, peut \u00eatre entrepris pour pr\u00e9senter les m\u00e9tiers et les formations correspondantes, aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves et surtout \u00e0 leurs parents. <strong>Un travail de fourmi certes, mais essentiel pour anticiper les besoins de demain.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Une n\u00e9cessaire \u00e9volution des politiques d\u2019emploi et du droit social<\/h2>\n<p>Quoique brutale, notamment en raison de l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de la crise sanitaire, <strong>cette \u00e9volution majeure du march\u00e9 du travail n\u2019est pas la premi\u00e8re et ne sera sans doute pas la derni\u00e8re<\/strong>. Un contexte qui laisse g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le soin aux entreprises de \"faire avec\". Et de lancer leurs propres initiatives en attendant la r\u00e9action des pouvoirs publics. Depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es en effet, le fl\u00e9chage des \u00e9tudiants vers des secteurs ou des fonctions d\u2019avenir (ou que l\u2019on sait potentiellement en carence de comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 plus ou moins long terme) reste clairement poussif. Avec des r\u00e9sultats visibles \u00e0 moyenne et longues \u00e9ch\u00e9ances en ce qui concerne la formation initiale, les politiques d\u2019emplois doivent aujourd\u2019hui prendre la mesure des probl\u00e9matiques rencontr\u00e9es, et orienter imm\u00e9diatement la formation initiale et continue vers les secteurs les plus en demande, afin de ne pas se laisser distancer par la concurrence internationale, faute de talents.<\/p>\n<p>Mais au-del\u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences, et face aux nouvelles r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du march\u00e9 du travail et aux nouvelles formes d\u2019exercice de son activit\u00e9, c\u2019est sans doute une r\u00e9forme plus profonde qui attend le l\u00e9gislateur dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es.
